Can’t get ahold of an American, card paid off but still not posted

So this was paid off 2 weeks ago. Still getting hate phone calls saying I have a late payment 5 times a day.

I call customer service and they are located in Asia.

No phone number to speak to an American. The Asian cant help me other than what we both see on the website.

Get a fortiva credit card

Customer service was closed could not speak to anyone have to call back at 800 am saturday that's all that happened

Dear Fortiva,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way you have been handling my account. I recently closed my account with your company, but I have noticed that you have been "nickel and diming" me with various fees and charges even after the account has been closed.

This is completely unacceptable and I feel that your company is taking advantage of me.

I have been a loyal customer for some time now, and I expected better treatment.

Your company's actions have caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.

I demand that you immediately cease these charges and fees, and refund any amounts that have been wrongly charged to my account. I also request that you provide me with a detailed accounting of all fees and charges that have been assessed to my account after it was closed.

I hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter, and I trust that you will take swift action to resolve this issue.

PISSED AIN'T THE DAMN WORD!!!!!! I PAID $62.63 LAST NITE AND FORTIVA TOOK $1329.63 OFF MY CARD.

YOU ASK WAS I PAYING $63.63 AND I SUBMITTED YES. SO HOW THIS HAPPENED ? HERE I AM TRYING TO ALWAYS PAY MORE AND THIS WHAT I GET.

I DON'T SEE HOW I MADE A MISTAKE LIKE THIS ALTHOUGH ANYTHING POSSIBILE. THEN TELL ME IT'LL BE 3 TO 5 DAYS BEFORE IT'S RETURNED.

I never recieved the dispute form i asked for

I spoke with a representative from Vivent and was told that I had a 30-day free trial with their security system that was a lie I was charged then I spoke with fortiva about the situation to get a refund and they bounce me back and forth with Vivint I explained to them about the LIE from Vivint however they told me the best they can do was send me a dispute form.

However they contract with them so it is a money making scheme.

Ive called twice about this you had the wrong address on file I called I spoke to someone made my payments and that person told me they would getting the card out to my right address it never came I called again the girl I spoke to basically gave me the run around Im not making another payment until you guys clear this up

I have tried to pay them several times. They wont accept my money, most employees barely speak English, THEN THEY TRASHED MY CREDT after I did all I could to pay them.

What kind of bank doesnt take credit cards??? Im not giving them access to my bank account, that is ridiculous!

I can’t get on my app in order to see my cc ongoings

I cant seem to access my mobile app. In order to access my ongoings with my 2 cc through Fortiva.

I tried to get on to my Fortiva mobile app. In order to make a payment. And havent been able to for over 2 hours now. Im not sure why.

My internet service is good. So I wondered if Fortiva was doing maintenance.

So I tried to get ahold of them. And wasnt able to reach a human.

I paid off my account. About 6 months later I received an email saying that my account was past due. They had added an annual fee and a late fee onto a paid off account.

Horrible Customer Service and they Avoid Conflict Resolution

I have had multiple things go awry with this company, and I'm not even sure where to start.

First of all, they DO NOT do what they say they are going to do. I asked to escalate the problem as the representative did not have the authority and said he didn't have anyone to escalate to.

When asked to make it right, they said they would have someone with authority call me.

I received an email with no new information noted, and I have not had anyone call me as they promised.

What a slap in the face!

They have reported 2 late payments to the credit bureaus, but it was their mismanagement that made both instances late. It is so frustrating because while the payments were late,,,it was because of the problems I had with the billing and the second one was because their automated payments did not work right.

I just wish I would've read the reviews before I signed on the dotted line.

I will never use them again, and I will tell everyone I know that if they have a choice, they should never use this company again.

By the looks of it, I should've read the reviews, as I'm not the only one that has had problems with their service.

Preferred solution: I want them to remove the 2 late payments that they reported to all three credit agencies. I want them to resolve the issue as they said they would when I paid the account off.

No they do not and they are nothing but liers I had a contract that was changed during Vivint installation without my knowledge and my original equipment total came up to 3996 but next thing I find out a month after install my equipment came up to 6214 I told fortiva about it and told them they can have they *** back because the contract was fraudulent and when that happened that voids all agreements because I didn’t agree to 2k extra equipment and told them to take the negative information off my credit profile and they said they would within 3 to 5 days but this been 3 months so I just retained a lawyer because they are in violation according to the ftc for reporting anything to the credit bureaus if the account was done fraudulently and they closed the account but says I’m 3 months late when I am not paying *** because it was altered and so now I’m about to sue Vivint and Fortiva and they report to the credit bureau as a credit card and when you finance something it should be listed as such instead they hit me at 100% credit utilization which dropped my credit score and they even dropped it even more. But then MF is got the right one because I’m not going for it and they about to find out
