Fraudulent interest charges

Pay within the required time for six months interest free. Did not post it till after the six months and charged me interest. I called them. The Customer Service eight gave me the amount I needed to pay, I paid it, and they did not post it to my account, until after the six month free interest rate. you have to deal with an Asian Customer Service dept that is incapable addressing your needs

Can’t get ahold of an American, card paid off but still not posted

So this was paid off 2 weeks ago. Still getting hate phone calls saying I have a late payment 5 times a day. I call customer service and they are located in Asia. No phone number to speak to an American. The Asian cant help me other than what we both see on the website.

Dear Fortiva, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way you have been handling my account. I recently closed my account with your company, but I have noticed that you have been "nickel and diming" me with various fees and charges even after the account has been closed. This is completely unacceptable and I feel that your company is taking advantage of me. I have been a loyal customer for some time now, and I expected better treatment. Your company's actions have caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. I demand that you immediately cease these charges and fees, and refund any amounts that have been wrongly charged to my account. I also request that you provide me with a detailed accounting of all fees and charges that have been assessed to my account after it was closed. I was eligible for free interest within a six month period. They didn’t give it to me.

call Customer Service, ask the amount I owed to pay off my account within the six month period period. She gave the amount of $647. I think paid it over the phone. I asked the representative was this within the six month period. She said yes. And then get a bill for $448 interest. This was supposed to be interest-free Lone for six months talking to them is incredibly frustrating. They were calling me constantly and I told him not to call me again. Its impossible to get anyone in America to speak to you only the people from Asia, who have limited grasp of the rules and regulations and the ability to communicate with in English
