I went to Aspen dental to see about getting dentures they quoted me a price my insurance would only pay so much and anyone to go ahead and do the financing of my of my dental procedure and I declined I don't have that kind of money in pocket so I told him no I was not interested in having this done here I will go someplace where I can use my Medicaid in my medicare where it won't cost me nothing

I've had a Fortiva credit card for about a year and a half now. They advertised 'No Annual Fee'.
I've charged around $1,100 in the past and never been late and am paying this enormous interest rate of 32%+ now. I have a perfect record with my account. However, they sent me an email saying they're changing their terms and conditions. From now on they will be charging an 'Annual Maintenance Fee' of $60 per year, charged at $5/month whether you have a balance or not!
This is to begin in November 2023. When I called to ask why they were doing this to my account (because I had a perfect record of payments) they said they were doing it to ALL customers! They can disguise their new annual fee by calling it a 'maintenance fee' if they like, but it's basically an annual fee. How can you charge a maintenance fee when the account has a zero balance?
Maintenance to do what? Nothing! I don't need this. I have other credit cards and I refuse to pay an annual fee to a bank that is already collecting an over 30% interest rate.
I called Fortiva credit card and had them cancel my account the day I received the email. Thank God I just recently paid my balance off. They also told me it would take until Nov. 30th to close my account and I called on October 9th.
Really? 7 weeks to close my account?? Ridiculous! Now, my credit score has just taken a hit.
How? (1) I've now closed an account and (2) I've lost $1500 available credit that added to my total credit availability when figuring my percentage of available credit vs credit debt. I am NOT happy with Fortiva for changing their terms of service. What if I had of ignored the email?
How sneaky of them to change everybody's credit card account by adding a fee when they advertised the card as No Annual Fee. Just down right dishonest. Goodbye Fortiva Bank.
I don't want to do business with you anymore. I do not recommend Fortiva Credit Card.

Due to this company's appalling customer service and deceptive fees Ive decided to stop being a Badcock customer. Ive informed and warned family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers to stay far away from them.
If you are a current customer pay close attention to any communication you receive from them.
They are very sneaky with their fees. They have been reported to CFPB for hidden junk fees.

I submitted via fax in regards to the check I mailed showing it had been received and cashed on 9/27/2023. I have still not been contacted about my account.
What is going on. Someone cashed the check from your company why isnt it reflecting on my account?

Interesting rate too high
So I first purchased a bed, I pick out so my payment was 90.00 Dollars a month so I was playing that every month I decide to buy a mattress out of bob furniture and I got my bed too. I didnt like had the bed made so I call customer service at bob and told them i didnt like the bed they credit my account I was able to select another bed.
So went in bob store to look at mattress the mattress was 999.00 but I still was paying on the bed that i purchase . I pay 152.00 for a mattress I thought that my payment would be low it not i felt rip off now

everything. I was off work because i was hurt and I had purchased the insurance.
They said I could not use it and then after I was able to make payment I found out that my account was charged off. They called me everyday. I was never told never emailed or never mailed anything about a charge off. Nothing was showing this when I logged in online.
They start hassling you before payment is even due. the 5 times a day everyday until it is paid.

Horrible scam type setup
The website is horrible. On the surface, it look like I had updated my auto pay however, in reality, it never updated and they were charging me late fees.
Unscrupulous, scamming business practices. Customer service is worthless.

Fraudulent interest charges
Pay within the required time for six months interest free. Did not post it till after the six months and charged me interest.
I called them.
The Customer Service eight gave me the amount I needed to pay, I paid it, and they did not post it to my account, until after the six month free interest rate. you have to deal with an Asian Customer Service dept that is incapable addressing your needs

Terrible customer service
Fortiva has the worst CST service. They don't do what they say. And the reps argue with the csts asked for a supervisor to review call they dont have access, they state oh you can go online but that doesnt answer your questions.

They lied is what happen act like they didn't discriminate against credit and; misled me to think that they were easy to get a card from them!! Deceiving it's a shame you can't take some of these credit card people seriously !!!

Actually they did not hurt your credit rating. You did by closing the account and losing that available credit.
So you think it's worth paying $60/year to avoid hurting your credit rating? I think not. They changed the terms of their advertised card.
For 17 cents a day for an unsecured card while you are rebuilding your credit? Yes I do.
I think if you initially applied for a card with a $60 annual fee, that is a different story. But to have a card with 'No' annual fee for over a year, close to 2 years, and for them to then start charging a $60 fee when you've never been late, is a poor way for a bank to do business.
Have you ever had this happen to you when you had a good record with the bank? I haven't. You sound like a Fortiva employee.
That must be it. Apparently you don't think this is an issue, but we'll have to agree to disagree.
